Support Coordination LEVEL 1 AND 2
Konnect Support Coordinators are here to help. NDIS plans can be tricky, and choosing providers can be an overwhelming process. That’s why our Support Coordinators are handy resources – we’re here to help you and your child navigate the NDIS and its many services - to ensure you live your life, your way.
We currently provide two levels of Support Coordination: Coordination of Supports Level 1 & 2 as follows:

What is Support Coordination Level 1?
Support Coordination Level 1 helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan. We assist with connecting you to the right services and supports to ensure your needs are met effectively.
How does Support Coordination Level 1 differ from Level 2?
Support Coordination Level 2 offers a higher level of assistance, including managing service agreements, addressing barriers, and planning for unexpected events. It’s a more comprehensive support to help you navigate complex situations.
How can you assist my child with their NDIS plan?
We take the time to understand your child's unique needs and goals, listening to your concerns and providing personalised support. Our services include setting up service agreements, connecting with local services, offering short-term early intervention, and assisting with NDIS plan applications. We also provide guidance on navigating the MyGov portal, preparing for plan reviews, and creating strategies to overcome barriers.
